Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of at least two of: operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking, virtualization.
• High availability and responsiveness mindset.
• Experience troubleshooting and deploying software or networking equipment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Eligible to obtain a security clearance in the future.
• Must be located within the Cambridge, MA or Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain in-depth experience in network security.
• Resolve customer support cases for worldwide enterprise customers.
• Ensure customer success and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
• Work remotely to support customers.
• Travel on-site when needed.
• Diagnose and resolve product, platform, and customer issues using tools, processes, and knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
