Job summary

Kentik is seeking a Network Intelligence Advisor on the Professional Services team. You will lead post-sales technical engagements, architect integrations, and help customers maximize Kentik value across diverse environments.

You will partner with Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver results, champion customer requirements, and drive advanced use cases. This role is fully remote with US travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-tech solutions engineering or network engineering.
• Must be located on the U.S. West Coast.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (Netflow, BGP, SNMP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical professional services projects, ensuring successful implementation of advanced features and integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on network observability, helping customers design and optimize their infrastructure using Kentik insights.
• Proactively analyze customer usage patterns and network data to uncover opportunities and recommend features or workflows.
• Assist in integrating Kentik with customers' tools and workflows, using APIs and scripting where needed.
• Conduct technical check-ins to maintain high success rates, share updates, and identify opportunities to expand Kentik usage.
• Champion customer requirements, relay technical feedback to Product Management, and help shape collateral and documentation.
