Job summary

Kentik Technologies Inc. is seeking a Network Intelligence Advisor to join our Professional Services team as a technical lead for post-sales engagement.

You will help customers integrate Kentik into their environments, design observability strategies, and implement advanced features and integrations. You will build trusted relationships with customer engineers, share roadmap insights, and advocate for technical needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-sales technical implementation and advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of network observability, telemetry data and analytics.
• Ability to design and implement integrations using APIs and scripting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customer technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical professional services projects with customers.
• Provide expert guidance on network observability and Kentik data usage.
• Proactively analyze customer usage to identify value opportunities.
• Design and implement Kentik integrations with customer tools via APIs and scripting.
• Conduct regular check-ins to share features, roadmap, and new opportunities.
• Champion customer requirements and relay feedback to Product Management.
• Help expand technical documentation and collateral for customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
