Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead network infrastructure and cabling projects at a client site in the United States.

You will plan, direct, and budget activities, coordinating with the site team and clients to achieve schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will develop schedules, manage resources, estimate costs, oversee design and value engineering, and ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, electrical engineering, construction mgmt or similar.
• 10+ years of direct work experience in construction mgmt, data centers or structured cabling.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• BICSI RCDD or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects; coordinate site team.
• Develop program schedules and monitor milestones to meet targets.
• Estimate costs, prepare proposals, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate design efforts and value engineering processes.
• Oversee labor, vendors, and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations; communicate with stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contract changes.
• Mentor and lead project team members across disciplines.
