Job summary

MGT in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Pre-Sales Engineer to lead technical engagements with clients, deliver demos, and align solutions with business needs. You will collaborate with sales to develop relationships and drive proposals that meet client requirements.

You will provide architect-level guidance on large projects, support post-deployment success, and promote MSP offerings such as Monitoring, SIEM/SOC, and Managed VoIP/Cloud VoIP.

Qualifications

• Five or more years hands-on in an applicable technology field.
• Two or more years pre-sales engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate requirements into BOM.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale solutions with budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales presentations and equipment demonstrations on-site or virtual.
• Attend on-site meetings providing technical guidance and alignment with proposed architectures.
• Provide architect-level oversight on large, complex projects.
• Deliver post-sales technical support during startup and after implementation.
• Identify and promote MSP solutions including Monitoring, SIEM/SOC, and VoIP.
