Job summary

MGT Impact Solutions, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Network Infrastructure Pre-Sales Engineer to lead technical evaluations, customer demonstrations, and solution design. You will collaborate with sales to align technical requirements with proposed architectures and drive the pre-sales process onsite or virtually.

You will engineer scalable network solutions across routing, switching, security, WLAN, and SD-WAN, coordinate with vendors, and provide post-sales support during project startup.

Qualifications

Five or more years hands-on in a technology field.
Two or more years of pre-sales engineering experience.
Ability to translate customer requirements into BOM and design.

Responsibilities

Lead customer presentations and equipment demonstrations on-site or virtual.
Attend on-site meetings and provide technical guidance, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Provide architect-level oversight on large projects throughout delivery.
Deliver post-sales technical support during project startup and beyond.
Identify and promote MSP solutions including Monitoring, SIEM/SOC, and VoIP/Cloud VoIP.
