Responsibilities

• Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them.
• Monitor network performance and act on data.
• Guide and support junior and part-time team members.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals.
