Network4Cars Trading B.V. is seeking a Junior Trader Germany to learn international car trading alongside a Senior Sales Trader. The role offers mentorship, opportunities to build client and supplier networks in Germany, and a clear pathway to independent trading.

You will engage in negotiations, market research, and coordinated cross-team activities. Requirements include fluent German and good English, a commercial/economic education (MBO+/HBO), and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

Fluent German and proficient English are required.
MBO+/HBO or equivalent in commercial/economic studies preferred.
A self-starter who is eager to learn.
Ambitious to grow into an independent trader.
Proactive, results-driven and a team player.
Available 40 hours per week, near Nieuw-Vennep or willing to commute.

Responsibilities

Support the Senior Trader with customer and supplier relationships in Germany.
Actively build new relations through cold acquisition (dealers, traders, partners).
Assist with negotiating and closing deals.
Prepare and share external marketing communications with customers and partners.
Update and manage the customer database to keep information accurate and up to date.
Track market trends and spot new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams: logistics, pricing, and administration.
Handle aftersales tasks such as claims, delivery updates, and customer questions.
Grow towards managing your own portfolio independently.
