Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering, with focus on latency and reliability.
• Proven leadership of senior engineers and teams.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, and traffic engineering.
• Hands-on scripting and automation using Python for network tasks.
• Experience with global, multi-region networks and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing network engineering team across multi-region environments.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from concept to production deployment.
• Own architecture and evolution of low-latency trading network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers to raise technical standards.
• Manage dynamic project portfolio and reprioritize by business needs.
• Partner with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish operational practices: change management, incident response, post-implementation reviews.
• Contribute to budgeting and capacity planning for network infrastructure.
