Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive network engineering in low-latency, mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Expertise in low-latency design, switching, buffering, and deterministic performance at scale.
• Strong communication and leadership presence to senior leadership.
• Hands-on network automation using Python and API-driven tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing network engineering team across global regions.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from concept through deployment with rigorous execution.
• Own the architecture and evolution of low-latency trading network infrastructure.
• Partner with senior technical contributors to guide complex design efforts.
• Manage a dynamic project portfolio and reprioritize work per business needs.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish operational practices including change management, incident response, and post-implementation reviews.
• Oversee vendor relationships and hardware/software evaluation efforts.
