This senior role requires independent execution, deep technical credibility in routing and hardware/software platforms, and the ability to mentor engineers while aligning engineering priorities with business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering in low-latency environments.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of routing, topology, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Python and API-driven automation.
• Proven ability to guide senior engineers and set technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global network engineering team.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Own architecture and evolution of low-latency trading networks.
• Collaborate with principal engineers on complex designs.
• Manage project portfolio and align with business priorities.
