Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering in low-latency, mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols and routing.
• Experience designing and operating deterministic, high-availability networks.
• Experience with network automation and scripting.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing global network engineering team.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Own architecture and evolution of low-latency trading network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with principal engineers to shape design decisions and raise technical bar.
• Manage a dynamic project portfolio and align work with business priorities.
• Partner with security, cloud, and application teams for integrated solutions.
• Establish operational practices, change management, and incident response.
