Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive enterprise network engineering and operations experience with people leadership or technical management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the general Network Engineering team for enterprise routing/switching, cloud networking, and security services.
• Owns operational delivery, service health, and continuous improvement; manages priorities and SLAs.
• Provides strong people leadership: coaching, performance management, and talent retention.
• Champions technology strategy; evaluates new networking, cloud, security, and observability technologies.
• Serves as escalation point for complex issues; coordinates with senior engineers on architecture and incidents.
• Partners with PM, security ops, cloud, and other leads to ensure cross-domain delivery.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and participates in architecture reviews and roadmaps.
• Drives capacity planning and investments in hardware, software, and tooling.
