Job summary

ACL Digital seeks a Senior Network Engineer to implement and support the agency's IT network infrastructure in Virginia. The role includes documenting, researching, analyzing, and implementing network systems to ensure uptime and performance.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN, and be able to work independently while coordinating with cloud and DevSecOps teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless APs and load balancers.
• Ability to document, configure, upgrade, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Capable of independent work and working with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support agency IT network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues impacting performance and uptime.
• Assist with installation, documentation and upgrades of data network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cloud and DevSecOps teams to optimize hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN.
• Provide network topology diagrams, IP schemes, firewall rules and access controls when needed.
