Qualifications

• Must have industry-standard networking certification (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA-Junos).
• Experience with enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless APs, and load balancers.
• Ability to document topology, IP schemes, firewall rules, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support agency IT network infrastructure and documentation.
• Troubleshoot network-related infrastructure and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cloud and DevSecOps teams to optimize hybrid connectivity.
• Work with infrastructure suppliers to gather requirements and configurations.
• Oversee installation, documentation, and upgrades of data network infrastructure.
