Job summary

Info Origin Inc is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to implement, support, troubleshoot, and maintain agency IT network infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise with enterprise networks and security.

The successful candidate will design and optimize LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network monitoring, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience.
• 8+ years designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
• Strong experience with routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
• Experience with ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, QoS, multicast, and IPsec.
• Experience with network monitoring, fault-tolerant/scalable architecture, performance tuning, and documentation/Visio.
• Industry networking certification such as CCNA or JNCIA-Junos.
• Cloud networking/topology – 3+ years desired.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot enterprise routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, WAPs, and load balancers.
• Configure, upgrade, manage, and document network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues affecting application performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with IT vendors, stakeholders, Cloud, and DevSecOps teams on hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN.
• Develop and maintain network architecture/topology diagrams, IP schemes, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Support network installations, upgrades, performance optimization, and disaster recovery.
• Work independently on assigned network projects.
