Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support customer environments and manage network incidents end-to-end. You will monitor, triage, and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to restore services quickly.

The role requires strong routing, switching, firewall, and DNS experience, with a focus on delivering reliable network operations for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production support for enterprise or MSP environments.
• Experience with enterprise network and firewall platforms.
• Experience with ITIL and service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Impact Networking client environments.
• Manage network incidents through restoration, resolution and closure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networks; work with vendors as needed.
• Perform network configuration changes and root-cause analyses.
