Impact Networking, LLC's MIT organization within Service Operations seeks a Senior Network Engineer to support customer environments, monitor and troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with vendors for layer 1–3 issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of production network support, hands-on experience with Cisco/FortiNet/SonicWall/Palo Alto, ITIL practices, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production network support environment.
• Solid troubleshooting across enterprise networks.
• Experience with routing protocols and firewall platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Impact Networking environments.
• Manage network incidents to service restoration and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors as required.
• Maintain network diagrams and technical documentation.
