We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and serve as a technical leader for network operations, deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from planning through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring reliable, scalable network solutions across a distributed enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead network deployment, migration, refresh, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Serve as a technical lead for network initiatives, partnering with engineering teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
• Develop implementation plans, configuration standards, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support personnel.
• Ensure adherence to network architecture, security standards, and operational best practices.
• Participate in change management, project planning, and capacity planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Expert-level experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies, including:
• Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking
• OSPF
• Route Maps
• HSRP
• Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)
• VRFs
• Strong experience troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience working with carrier circuits, WAN providers, and circuit turn-ups.
• Experience with remote deployment and support utilizing VPNs, jump servers, remote console access, and out-of-band management.
• Ability to develop network configurations and implementation plans based on established standards and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple technical initiatives and deliver projects successfully.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN, including vManage, vEdge, and cEdge platforms.
• Experience with BGP, OMP, and Policy-Based Routing.
• Experience with Meraki routing, switching, and dashboard administration.
• Experience with Silver Peak and/or Fortinet technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex multi-VRF environments.
• CCIE or equivalent advanced networking certification preferred.
