Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Network Engineer to join the MIT organization under Service Operations. You will provide world-class support for customer networks, manage incidents end-to-end, and work with vendors and internal teams to restore services.

The role requires 5+ years in production support for MSP/enterprise environments, strong routing and switching knowledge, and hands-on Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto expertise. ITIL, HaloPSA, and N-Able experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise or MSP production support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience with routing protocols and switching concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class network support for customer environments.
• Manage incidents to service restoration and closure with internal/external teams.
• Configure networks and review client requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation and network diagrams.
