Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline and 5+ years progressive experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and security implications for network solutions.
• Experience designing network infrastructure and services; project management and systems architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Develop network designs for SLA classifications and prepare design documents.
• Prepare test plans and perform QA/QC reviews; oversee testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues; support 24/7 on-call schedule.
