Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Develop network designs for each SLA classification.
• Prepare design documents and perform QA/QC of designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Support 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Author test plans and commissioning procedures.
