Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Network Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial clients, supporting the US Air Force Education and Training Center.

Active SECRET clearance is required. Responsibilities cover survey reporting, system design, maintenance, testing, and on-call support, with emphasis on network security, ITIL practices, and liaison with field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts and security implications for network solutions.
• Experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper networking platforms.
• Ability to design and integrate IT/network solutions for complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports and translate results for senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services and devices.
• Troubleshoot complex network problems and perform updates.
• Prepare design documents, QA/QC, and test plans.
• Support 24/7 on-call schedule.
