Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Network Engineer 3 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, implement, and maintain advanced network solutions for federal, local, and commercial customers. You will collaborate with field engineers and senior staff to ensure system performance and security.

Responsibilities include designing networks, configuring devices, performing testing, and supporting 24/7 operations with emphasis on risk, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
• Active DoD SECRET Clearance is REQUIRED.
• Experience with network design and security.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Survey reports measurement results to senior staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain network services and devices.
• Develop network designs for each SLA.
• Prepare test plans and review test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support.
