Job summary

Target is seeking a Sr Manager Enterprise Network Strategy in Minnesota to lead future-state network design and capability strategy. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology to build data-driven business cases and prioritize investments across replenishment, fulfillment, and last mile networks.

You will translate complex network scenarios into measurable enterprise value, manage cross-functional alignment, and influence senior leaders with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• BS in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, finance or analytics.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, network strategy or related fields.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and decision making.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with ability to translate strategy into value.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of future-state network design scenarios and capabilities.
• Define analytical approaches and success measures for network design.
• Translate design scenarios into measurable enterprise outcomes and KPIs.
• Develop and prioritize enabling capabilities across network domains.
• Present recommendations and financial implications to senior leaders.
