Job summary

Gatik is seeking a Sr. Manager in Network Design & Optimization to lead cross-functional efforts across Commercial, Engineering, Procurement and Operations.

The role focuses on planning, designing and scaling Autonomous Networks for freight services, using data-driven insights to drive optimal routing and network performance. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver strategic network solutions, analyze large data sets, and craft compelling proposals for customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in strategic, analytical or customer-facing roles; consulting/start-up experience valued.
• Strong problem-solving and scalable solution implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, technical, product and operations teams to design and optimize networks.
• Scale tools, capabilities and processes to meet team goals.
• Analyze customer network data and prepare optimized networks and proposals.
• Structure complex problems and deliver insights to leadership.
• Support B2B sales with data analysis, routing, scheduling and proposals.
• Lead end-to-end projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements to technical teams and align product development.
• Research industry data to support market assessment and identify trends.
• Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders including senior executives.
