Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Experience in computer networking.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Build out first level router-aggregates and the console network for new rooms.
• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows.
• Collaborate with stake holders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and inter-connectivity issues; include device config and app interaction.
• Up to 60% travel within geographical work area; some travel outside area, including international.
• Assist in cabling infrastructure and rack hardware setup for new equipment.
• Participate in migration, basic configuration and rollout of new hardware.
• Move and lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Support capacity scaling across data center locations.
