Job summary

RSM US LLP in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Senior Associate in Program and Project Management to lead NetSuite implementations across industries. You will partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in project management or ERP implementations; travel up to 25%. You will develop plans, manage scope, risks, and communications, mentor teammates, and help

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in project management, ERP implementations, or related areas.
Experience at a consulting or professional services firm.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Drive high-quality delivery of NetSuite projects within scope and budget.
Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K-$750K, including scope and schedule.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and reports.
Coordinate cross-functional NetSuite workstreams throughout the lifecycle.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Lead meetings and communicate status, decisions, risks, and next steps.
Mentor team members and foster inclusive teamwork.
Support testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.
