Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate in Program and Project Management to oversee NetSuite implementations across industries. You will partner with client stakeholders, engagement leaders, and NetSuite teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience focused on project management, ERP implementations, technology implementations, and/or business process improvement.
Experience working for a consulting or professional services firm.
Good understanding of project management methodologies and the technology implementation lifecycle.
Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

Drive high-quality delivery of NetSuite implementation projects within expected timeframes and budgets.
Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K-$750K, including project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and other project management documentation.
Coordinate activities across NetSuite functional and technical workstreams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure clients and internal stakeholders are kept informed of progress and expected outcomes.
