Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project management or ERP/technology implementations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality delivery of NetSuite implementation projects within timeframes and budgets.
• Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K-$750K including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across NetSuite functional and technical workstreams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and keep clients informed.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Mentor and coach project team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
