Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in project management, ERP implementations, or business process improvement.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality delivery of NetSuite projects on time and budget.
• Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K-$750K.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and reports.
• Coordinate NetSuite functional and technical workstreams across lifecycle.
• Identify issues, risks, and mitigations; escalate when needed.
• Lead meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Mentor project team members and foster an inclusive team environment.
