Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of project management, ERP implementations, technology implementations, or process improvement.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and lifecycle for technology implementations.
• Experience creating and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reports.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality delivery of NetSuite implementation projects within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Manage small to medium engagements valued at $100K-$750K with scope, schedule, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across NetSuite workstreams throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep clients and stakeholders informed.
• Lead meetings and communicate status, decisions, risks, and action items.
• Mentor team members and foster an innovative, inclusive environment.
