Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Program & Project Management Supervisor focused on NetSuite implementations to join our growing practice in Houston. You will lead small to medium NetSuite engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and go-live readiness while partnering with client stakeholders and internal teams.

The role emphasizes developing team members, identifying opportunities with clients, and contributing to practice growth in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of project management, ERP/technology implementations, or business transformation.
• Experience in managing ERP or cloud technology implementation engagements.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating workstreams.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium NetSuite implementation engagements valued between $250K-$800K.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate NetSuite functional and technical workstreams throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish governance structures, cadence meetings and escalation processes.
• Manage scope via SOWs and Change Logs, monitor risks and issues.
• Communicate status, risks and budget impacts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead client status meetings and clearly communicate responsibilities and next steps.
• Mentor team members and support business development through proposals and scoping.
