Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of business systems analysis, ERP, financial systems, or related experience with NetSuite focus.
• Expert-level knowledge of full accounting lifecycle and NetSuite features.
• Experience defining integrations and data flows using APIs and iPaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting to define outcomes, clarify requirements, and connect decisions to upstream/downstream impacts.
• Lead discovery, current- and future-state mapping, requirements, functional designs, and options across key processes.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Translate business needs into functional specs; collaborate on SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, APIs, and data migrations.
• Provide active support during month-, quarter-, and year-end close; monitor jobs and resolve issues.
