Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite to lead senior-level functional and technical work across NetSuite and connected financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and external vendors to translate business outcomes into scalable processes, trusted data, compliant controls, and reliable solutions across core financial cycles.

• 7+ years in business systems analysis in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hands-on NetSuite responsibility with deep accounting lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration.
• SOX controls and financial compliance familiarity.
• Global SaaS/tech company experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance to define outcomes, clarify requirements, and prioritize demand.
• Lead requirements, functional design, testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support.
• Design data flows between NetSuite and connected platforms (CRM, billing, tax, payroll, reporting).
• Own incident/problem management, root cause analysis, and durable fixes.
• Promote governance, controls, and reusable patterns across solutions.
