Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite, to lead functional and technical work across NetSuite and connected financial systems. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and external vendors to translate business outcomes into scalable processes and reliable solutions.

The role focuses on Invoice-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report while protecting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close continuity and reducing external dependency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis with NetSuite responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of the full accounting lifecycle within NetSuite.
• Experience defining integrations via REST or SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting to define outcomes, clarify requirements, and connect decisions.
• Lead discovery, current- and future-state mapping, requirements, design, and options across key financial processes.
• Configure roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and related NetSuite capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications; collaborate on APIs and data migrations.
• Provide active support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close; monitor jobs and resolve issues.
