Job summary

Commvault seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite to provide senior, hands-on leadership for NetSuite and connected financial systems across Invoice-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and external vendors to translate business outcomes into scalable processes, trusted data, compliant controls, and reliable solutions across Invoice-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business systems analysis, ERP, financial systems, or related experience with hands-on NetSuite responsibility.
• Expert knowledge of full accounting lifecycle including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience defining integrations and data flows using REST or SOAP APIs, web services, middleware or iPaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting leaders to define outcomes and prioritize demand.
• Lead discovery, current- and future-state mapping, requirements, and functional design across core financial processes.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
