Job summary

Enlyte is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst and NetSuite Administrator to lead our NetSuite ERP initiatives and support our finance organization. This hands-on role requires balancing priorities, clear communication with leaders and technical teams, and driving continuous improvement in financial systems.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, coordinate projects, mentor team members, and ensure successful system changes across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent NetSuite experience
• 5+ years as NetSuite Admin or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in large organizations (2000+ employees)
• Tier 2/3 support experience and mentoring
• Strong understanding of financial processes: billing, payments, AR, AP, revenue recognition, GL, planning, audit, reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and product owner for NetSuite
• Lead project coordination, timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional activities
• Drive NetSuite roadmap, identify optimization opportunities, implement best practices
• Provide end-user training, guidance, and troubleshooting across departments
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, customizations, and data migrations/updates
• Translate business requirements to technical specifications and solutions
