Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own NetSuite and its integrations. You will architect and govern core ERP processes and data, enabling the business as we scale through fundraising and acquisitions.

You'll lead day‑to‑day NetSuite configuration, ensure data quality, and coordinate with Engineering on data models. This is a hands‑on, leadership role at a growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems or ERP administration.
• Experience with NetSuite in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing.
• Strong integration and API experience (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite configuration, governance, and data quality.
• Manage integrations to HubSpot, banking, EDI, and partner network.
• Lead change management and rollout of ERP enhancements.
