Job summary

Myers-Holum is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own NetSuite and its integrations, building the operational backbone as the company scales through acquisitions and fundraising. You will lead configuration, governance, and change management for a fast-growing cloud-based ERP ecosystem, interfacing with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales.

You will drive implementation discipline, mentor teams, and coordinate with Engineering to ensure data integrity while enabling business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP administration in a production environment.
• Experience with distribution/manufacturing and inventory management.
• Proven ability to rescue a go-live and build from there.
• Strong integration fluency with iPaaS tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and reading SuiteScript2.x.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder discovery skills.
• Change management experience reaching floor users (yards, etc).

Responsibilities

• Kick off by listening to learn current processes across teams.
• Own configuration: SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, custom records, saved searches, roles.
• Establish sandbox-to-production discipline and change control.
• Own the integration layer with partners and HubSpot handoff.
• Coordinate with engineering on data model and downstream impact.
• Support sales and fulfillment with operational reporting.
• Lead ERP integration during acquisitions and data migration.
• Define standing forum for prioritization with Finance, Sales, etc.
