Job summary

MHI Talent Solutions is seeking a highly technical Business Systems Manager to serve as our NetSuite SME and own our enterprise applications roadmap. You will work directly with the CTO and exec team to optimize, scale, and modernize systems across locations, focusing on NetSuite API development, custom integrations, and WMS rollout planning.

You will lead the ongoing NetSuite administration, suite scripting, and analytics while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, future-ready

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite development, integration, and functional administration experience.
• Proven track record building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs using JSON/XML data formats.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills to lead solution-based technical discussions with business owners and executives.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Corona, CA.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs to integrate NetSuite with WMS and other platforms.
• Write, maintain, and optimize SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 and SuiteFlow automation.
• Evaluate, design, and implement third-party integrations (3PL, payment, accounting）。
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in partnership with executives.
• Lead UAT, data migration, and rollout planning for multi-location deployments.
• Troubleshoot integration errors and optimize system performance.
