Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own NetSuite and related cloud systems for its wood products domain. You’ll configure, govern, and integrate NetSuite with HubSpot and other platforms to align ERP with business needs as the company scales toward new funding rounds and acquisitions.

Hybrid work arrangement, near New London, CT, with interaction across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, and eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Hands-On NetSuite depth with 5+ years as primary owner of a production instance.
• Experience with distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing in NetSuite — inventory, purchasing, order-to-cash.
• Familiarity with lumber-specific complexity (unit conversions, board foot, grade, species SKUs).
• Rescued an implementation that didn’t land well or needed trust rebuilding.
• Integration fluency with iPaaS tools and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Listen to learn how teams work and publish an assessment of NetSuite fit and the order of work.
• Own NetSuite configuration, saved searches, roles/permissions, and document it as you go.
• Establish sandbox-to-production discipline, testing, release process, and adoption strategies.
• Own the integration layer between NetSuite, HubSpot, and partner networks.
• Coordinate with Engineering on data models and downstream impact.
• Support Sales and Fulfillment with inventory, purchasing, and order reporting.
