Job summary

Myers-Holum seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead NetSuite-driven ERP initiatives across purchasing, fulfillment, sales support, and finance. You will own configuration, integration, and change management, ensuring reliable data flow and adoption of new processes across multiple functions.

The role involves coordinating with Engineering, leading acquisition integrations, and delivering operational reporting for inventory and order status. Hybrid work is offered near New London, CT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems or ERP administration with production ownership
• Experience in distribution/wholesale/manufacturing NetSuite environments
• Proven ability to rescue go-lives or trusted systems and distinguish design problems from expectations
• Integration fluency with iPaaS tools and REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to read and debug SuiteScript2.x and coordinate with engineering
• Strong documentation discipline and traceable environments
• Skilled at real discovery conversations with non-technical stakeholders and change management

Responsibilities

• Listen across functions to assess where NetSuite fits and publish a plan
• Document current configurations (SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, records, fields, roles)
• Create sandbox-to-production discipline with testing and release processes
• Own ERP integration layer and ensure data integrity across systems
• Coordinate with Engineering on ERP data in product-driven environments
• Support Sales and Fulfillment with ERP data and reporting
• Lead acquisitions data integration and standard ERP data model
