Job summary

Senior Manager, Business Systems (NetSuite owner) is a pivotal role focused on configuring and optimizing NetSuite ERP and connected cloud systems to support a wood product manufacturing client. You’ll own the ERP architecture, integrations, and data governance as the company scales toward fundraise and acquisitions.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Retail, and eCommerce to ensure reliable, well-governed processes and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite depth with 5+ years in ERP administration.
• Experience in distribution/wholesale/manufacturing — inventory and order-to-cash.
• Track record rescuing implementations and turning around go-lives.
• Integration fluency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on data models and changes.

Responsibilities

• Listen to stakeholders to assess NetSuite fit and propose fixes.
• Own configuration: saved searches, workflow, custom records and roles.
• Establish sandbox-to-production change management discipline.
• Own the integration layer: freight, banking, EDI, HubSpot handoff.
• Coordinate with Engineering on data model changes.
• Support Sales and Fulfillment with operational reporting and data quality.
• Lead ERP integration during acquisitions and growth.
