Job summary

Parachute Home seeks a seasoned ERP professional to own the NetSuite ecosystem, partner with Finance and Operations, and govern the ERP stack. You’ll assess current architecture, design scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end integration with Shopify, Celigo, and WMS, while supporting day-to-day issues and end-user needs.

The role emphasizes governance, deployment standards, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, reliable ERP operations for a premium home goods brand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles with 5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration and development
• Expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite APIs and authentication
• Experience with high-volume integrations and iPaaS platforms (Celigo preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and own roadmap for NetSuite optimization and governance
• Design and maintain SuiteScript solutions and API-driven automation
• Own end-to-end system integrations (Shopify, WMS, EDI) and monitor for issues
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure data integrity and close automation
• Provide training and documentation to ensure durable ERP knowledge
