- Experience with NetApp FAS and AFF platforms.
- Proven ability to lead storage initiatives and troubleshoot hardware.
- Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for NetApp ONTAP and core storage technologies.
- Lead hardware break/fix, maintenance, and troubleshooting across NetApp storage.
- Provide technical consultations and lead storage projects.
- Support NetApp FAS and AFF platforms in enterprise environments.
- Perform storage performance analysis, capacity planning, and health assessments.
- Troubleshoot complex storage and SAN/NAS issues.
- Collaborate with infra, engineering, and apps teams for reliability.
- Drive proactive improvements and storage admin best practices.
- Support data protection, replication, DR, and storage automation initiatives.
