Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician III to inspect, test, and maintain high, medium, and low voltage electrical power equipment. Technicians work with SF6 & vacuum circuit breakers, pad mount transformers, grounding, instrument transformers, and switches, while upholding safety policies.

You will lead safety briefings, perform voltage testing as a crew leader, troubleshoot with manuals and schematics, prepare detailed reports, and develop technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with high/low voltage testing and electrical power equipment.
• Strong safety culture and ability to lead on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings on job site and mitigate hazards.
• Perform high/medium/low voltage testing as crew leader.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using manuals and schematics.
• Prepare detailed reports of tests, repairs, and maintenance.
• Develop and write technical reports.
