Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to manage electrical testing projects, ensuring NETA standards and client requirements are met. The role includes scheduling field service jobs in Salesforce, coordinating technicians and equipment, and maintaining documentation with QA/QC checks.

You will track materials, coordinate safety training, and liaise with clients to provide timely project updates and cost-conscious resource planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of coordination or project management experience in electrical testing or related industry.
• Ability to commute to Central or Eastern US office locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule FS jobs in Salesforce, coordinating team schedules, equipment, and materials.
• Enter and manage work orders, drawings, estimates, and site photos with QA/QC.
• Track materials and equipment calibration to ensure NETA compliance.
• Coordinate safety training and orientations with Health/Safety Advisor.
• Communicate schedules, responsibilities, and project updates with clients.
• Coordinate labor and transportation resources and site deliveries cost-effectively.
• Monitor project progress and report status to the Service Support Manager.
• Assist budgeting and expense tracking and maintain client logs.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain detailed project logs for reporting.
