Job summary

EchoGlobal is recruiting for a US healthcare nonprofit client to build a clinical application turning AI-driven risk predictions into timely actions. You will work on full‑stack development (C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React) with secure OAuth2/OpenID Connect authentication, automated testing, and CI/CD in a cloud environment.

The engagement spans up to 4 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial full‑stack development.
• Back end: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, REST API design and development.
• Front end: TypeScript, React.js, Vite and Tailwind CSS; responsive, mobile-first interfaces; accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Security: authentication and authorization with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect and SSO.
• Quality: automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing; Git and CI/CD workflows.
• AI-assisted development: hands-on daily use of tools such as Claude, Codex or similar.
• English: upper-intermediate or higher.
