EchoGlobal is recruiting for a US healthcare nonprofit client to build a clinical application turning AI-driven risk predictions into timely actions. You will work on full‑stack development (C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React) with secure OAuth2/OpenID Connect authentication, automated testing, and CI/CD in a cloud environment.

The engagement spans up to 4 months with potential extension.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial full‑stack development.
• Back end: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, REST API design and development.
• Front end: TypeScript, React.js, Vite and Tailwind CSS; responsive, mobile-first interfaces; accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Security: authentication and authorization with OAuth2 / OpenID Connect and SSO.
• Quality: automated unit, integration and end-to-end testing; Git and CI/CD workflows.
• AI-assisted development: hands-on daily use of tools such as Claude, Codex or similar.

About the project

Our client, a US healthcare nonprofit, is building a clinical application that turns AI-generated risk predictions into timely action. Frontline and clinical staff get alerts on their phones and tablets when a participant is identified as being at elevated risk. They can review the participant's recent history and record the actions they took, while supervisors monitor follow-ups and manage escalations.The product handles protected health information (PHI), runs on Microsoft Azure and is built with an AI-first approach, so you'll use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

Engagement

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: up to 4 months, with a possible extension for ongoing support
• Month 1, discovery phase: up to 60 hours
• Months 2 to 4, development phase: full-time, about 160 hours per month
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, with at least 4 hours of overlap with the team's 9:00 to 17:00 EST

Must-have skills

• Experience: 5+ years of commercial full-stack development
